Technology Sales Executive
Sales teamJob description:
Place & receive outbound calls / emails / other online communication technologies to promote company’s services and to conclude partnerships;
Provide detailed answers to customers’ questions;
Wisely negotiate contract terms;
Full accountability for contract implementation, from gathering requests from customers to service delivery;
Assist customers with any potential issues experienced and escalate any of these to the responsible teams or management appropriately;
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota;
Provides recurrent reports to management.
Candidate Profile:
Must have:
Advanced English skills;
Strong sales experience and attitude
Min. 2 years experience in selling IT or telecom services
Advanced IT&C knowledge – networking, servers, Internet technologies
Nice to have:
Other foreign languages skills;
University degree or an equivalent technical/IT education
Required skills:
Strong planning skills
Assertive, very good verbal and written communication skills
High initiative, ambitious, proactive, flexible and stress resistant
Able to solve tasks without excessive guidance
Strong persuasion over the support departments
